After order confirmation and payment confirmation we will send your order to you on workdays within 3 workdays. Every product is produced to order in the Netherlands. We carefully check the quality and ensure that you get no more than a perfectly fitting dskinz for your devices!

After production you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. Below you can see how long the transit times are.

For shipments within the Netherlands, the following guidelines apply after shipment confirmation.

Mailbox post: 1 to 2 business days
Parcel post: 1 business day

PostNL with Track & Tace: 1 working day
PostNL / Bpost without Track & Trace: 2-5 business days

PostNL with Track & Trace: 2-5 working days
PostNL/Normal postage without Track & Trace: 2-15 working days

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of receipt of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must complete the dissolution / cancellation model form and send it within the period. When can I return an item?
Consumer purchasing law supports the following statement:
- You must submit the original invoice.
- Packaging must be carefully opened so that it is not damaged unnecessarily.
- The product must be complete, undamaged and unused.
- Returns must always be in the original packaging. This is laid down by law, the customer must carefully open the package.

How do I return a product?
Make sure that the envelope / package is stamped sufficiently and make sure it is clear who the sender is. Attach the packing slip / invoice. Pack the product so that we receive it in good condition. You are responsible for ensuring that we receive your return in good order. If you want to be sure that we will get your order back then you can also choose to send it as a (letterbox) package so that your return can always be traced via the track & trace code you receive from the carrier.

Can I also exchange an order?
Of course you can exchange a product. You return your original order after which you receive the purchase amount back from us. You order the product you want to exchange directly in our store, we will consider it as a new order. Of course you can also wait to place the new order until you have received the purchase amount.

How soon will I receive my money back?
We strive to refund the payment as soon as possible. As a rule you receive the amount back within 14 days on the account with which the payment was made.
